Baked Salmon with Herbs
Place cleaned fish in greased baking dish. Bake at 320 degrees F for 20 minutes. Melt butter, cool and add separately to beaten egg yolks, beating continuously with wire whisk. Add remaining ingredients and spread over fish. Bake for a further 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes. Wine suggestion: Eikendal Chardonnay
