Baked Salmon with Herbs

1 salmon 2 tablespoons chopped capers
2-1/2 ounces butter 2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 egg yokes 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chopped chives 1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Place cleaned fish in greased baking dish. Bake at 320 degrees F for 20 minutes. Melt butter, cool and add separately to beaten egg yolks, beating continuously with wire whisk. Add remaining ingredients and spread over fish. Bake for a further 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes.

Wine suggestion: Eikendal Chardonnay
