Caramel Slices

1 cup cake flour 2 tablespoons syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar 1 can (14 oz) condensed milk
1/2 cup rice krispies 1/2 cup dark chocolate
1/2 cup butter, melted 2 tablespoons water
4 tablespoons butter

Sift flour, mix in sugar, rice krispies, and melted butter. Press into greased 13x9 in. pan. Bake at 320 deg. F for 25 minutes. Melt butter and stir in syrup and condensed milk. Pour over crust, return to oven and bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool. Melt chocolate and water, spread over top, and chill. Cut into slices when set.
